If looking for orthologs (human to flies to zebrafish, or vice versa), Perrimon launched a new site:
http://www.flyrnai.org/cgi-bin/DRSC_orthologs.pl
You input your favorit gene (the CG name for flies, for instance) and you get back the human (or zebrafish) ortholog.
Works really nice.
